Superman or Superwoman?

Well, all I've gotta say is Giddy UP! The 2007 Hunger Ride is on! And lemme just say that I'm ecstatic to be doing another
cross-country adventure. But I'm even more excited, as well as burdened, to be raising awareness and resources for Africa.

The ride this year will benefit Zeway,Ethiopia. Zeway is the city that benefitted from the ride last summer.
Last year, the Hunger Ride raised nearly $30,000 to help finish a school, provide school supplies, as well as
food stipends for families caring for orphans with HIV/AIDS.
This year, the goal is to raise another $30,000 for Zeway. The money will help strengthen and support Ethiopian churches that are caring for various communities suffering from HIV/AIDS; provide school supplies such as books, uniforms,
malaria nets and desks for children affected by HIV AIDS; and provide relief aid such as clean water
and food stipends for families.
